"Provide children with lots of love, attention, guidance and your time and they will flourish. Encourage creativity and self - independence and they will excel. Give them plenty of love, hugs and kisses and they will know that they are truly important. I want to be that caregiver in my children's lives: the one they will never forget. They will be 35 years old with their own children and will remember me and my daycare as some of the best times of their lives.
The rewards I receive from working with children is endless. I love what I do and I love each and every child in my daycare as if they were my own. Many of my past daycare children have grown and gone, yet we still keep in touch. I've even been to 2 of their weddings, many high school graduations and still receive a Christmas Card every year, from the first child I had when I opened my daycare in 1988! I want to make a difference in their lives and I like to think that I played a major role in helping them succeed in becoming responsible, confident and outstanding young people. I'm blessed."
